recording update

we’ve been here since 11am. we finished tracking at about 8pm. this has been taking so long and i’m sooooooooooo tired (had to get up at 930am after i went to bed at like 4am). it’s sounding REALLY great though, i’m super happy with how everything is going. jeff has recorded stuff for great bands like clockcleaner, swirlies, public record, lilys, his own band relay, etc....

Tomorrow my band is recording a song for a split 7” on Slumberland Records. I’m very excited, it’s a great label that has put out stuff in the past like STEREOLAB, The Clientele, Lilys, Velocity Girl, Swirlies, Henry’s Dress, The Softies, Boyracer, Go Sailor, Rocketship, The Aislers Set, 14 Iced Bears, etc. I’ll also be contributing an episode of the Slumberland...

Here is the full EP from my old band. It was a CDR released in January 2006 in an edition of about 120. It has guitar, bass, drums, cello, violin, trombone, piano, vocals spread out throughout.
